Our Commercial Construction Division includes pre-construction services, construction management, general contracting, and consulting services. We are experienced in all aspects of new construction, renovations, fit-outs, capital work, and special projects. Our focus is to assist landlords and tenants in order to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
Construction Management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. All subcontractors work under the project manager. The CM process can be cost plus a percentage, or it can work under a guaranteed maximum price with complete transparency and potential cost savings to the customer.
As general contractors, we are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for construction. We hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work. Responsibilities may include applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.
