Building & Grounds Maintenance

  • Building & Grounds Maintenance: One phone call for over 45 trades. All contractors are licensed, insured, and are available 24 / 7 / 365 to meet client needs.
  • Property Management: We provide landlords and property owners with a comprehensive management package. Our staff handles routine tasks that are associated with property financials, including; assesment / association collections, bill and utility payment, rent invoicing, common area maintenance billing and reconcilations, property inspections, municipality correspondence, and bookkeeping.
  • Corporate Real Estate Management: Management of corporate owned or leased locations, typically multiple sites including banks, healthcare, retail, office, and industrial locations.
