Founder & PresidentIn 2013, Nicholas Lombardi’s vision became a reality with the creation of ONE SOURCE, a business based in his hometown of Wallingford, CT, that provides a comprehensive platform of outsourced facility and property management services to mid-sized corporate customers.
Nick began his real estate career while attending Marist College. After obtaining his license, he focused on commercial property transactions under the guidance of his uncle and mentor, Lou Proto of The Proto Group. Upon graduation, Nick joined FM Facility Maintenance (FM). At that time, FM was servicing over 50,000 retail, restaurant, and convenience store locations across North America. Nick was a key player in the company’s growth strategy.
Today, ONE SOURCE continues to support the local economy as a forward thinking and growth oriented leader in outsourced facility and property management services. ONE SOURCE has enjoyed success for over 10 years, which can be attributed to Nick’s focus on honesty, transparency, and vision for the future.
Currently, Nick serves his community as a Board Member of the following Organizations:
- Junior Achievement of Southwest New England, New Haven Advisory Board
- Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce
- Wallingford Center Inc.
Nick’s greatest accomplishment and biggest adventure are his children Ava, Marco, & Lucia.

Alex Acquarulo
Director of OperationsAlex is an MBA graduate of Quinnipiac University. She joined the company as an entry-level customer service representative and has grown and excelled through operational roles with increasing responsibility over her five years at ONE SOURCE. In 2022, Alex was promoted to Operations Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the entire service delivery process, including our back office and field services teams. Alex focuses on driving customer satisfaction through operational efficiency. Alex helps set the overall direction of the organization, overseeing the plans, processes, improvements, and data within ONE SOURCE.
In her free time, Alex enjoys discovering and showcasing Connecticut’s best restaurants via her social media brand CTFOODGIRLY, LLC.

Michael Solano
Field Service SupervisorMichael Solano is a valued member of the ONE SOURCE team, serving as our Field Service Supervisor. In this role, he is responsible for managing our maintenance technician team. Michael has held previous roles within the maintenance and construction field, including project management and estimating. With 7 years of experience and a solid educational foundation from Southern Connecticut State University, including a Bachelor’s in Health Science and an MBA, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role. Michael’s project planning, business analysis, and customer relationship management abilities are indispensable to our operations. Known for his positive attitude and problem solving ability, Michael effectively navigates challenges, building trust and ensuring clear communication with our clients. Michael is more than a supervisor; he’s a forward-thinker, contributing daily to the ongoing success of ONE SOURCE and our clients.

Sabrina White
Customer Service SupervisorSabrina White joined ONE SOURCE in 2022 as an Account Coordinator, quickly differentiating herself from her peers. In early 2024 she was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor, where she now leads our customer service team. With a Bachelor’s from Connecticut Central State University and an OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health certification, Sabrina’s blend of academic knowledge and real-world expertise has been invaluable. Her prior role as an ABA Therapist has equipped her with unmatched empathy and understanding, traits she now channels into every client interaction. In addition, her effective communication and conflict resolution skills ensure personalized and effective solutions for our clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services. Sabrina’s role at ONE SOURCE is more than just a position; it’s a testament to her significant impact on our success through her dedication, problem solving skills, and commitment to excellence.
