Our Commercial Construction Division includes owner’s representation, construction management, pre-construction services, and consulting services. We are experienced in all aspects of new construction, renovations, fit-outs, capital work, and special projects. Our focus is to assist landlords and tenants in order to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
An owner’s representative, or owner’s rep, works along side design professionals and construction contractors under a direct contract with the building owner or tenant through all stages of construction. Our team is equipped to represent our clients and their best interests through any stage of the construction process. Construction Management responsibilities can often overlap with that of the owner’s representative so much so that the names are often used interchangeably. In our world they are distinct and depend on the project delivery method and hierarchy of control. Construction Management responsibilities are focused on the completion of tasks on time and within budget rather than consultation and oversight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
