Michael Solano is a valued member of the ONE SOURCE team, serving as our Field Service Supervisor. In this role, he is responsible for managing our maintenance technician team. Michael has held previous roles within the maintenance and construction field, including project management and estimating. With 7 years of experience and a solid educational foundation from Southern Connecticut State University, including a Bachelor’s in Health Science and an MBA, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role. Michael’s project planning, business analysis, and customer relationship management abilities are indispensable to our operations. Known for his positive attitude and problem solving ability, Michael effectively navigates challenges, building trust and ensuring clear communication with our clients. Michael is more than a supervisor; he’s a forward-thinker, contributing daily to the ongoing success of ONE SOURCE and our clients.
