In 2013, Nicholas Lombardi’s vision became a reality with the creation of ONE SOURCE, a business based in his hometown of Wallingford, CT, that provides a comprehensive platform of outsourced facility and property management services to mid-sized corporate customers.
Nick began his real estate career while attending Marist College. After obtaining his license, he focused on commercial property transactions under the guidance of his uncle and mentor, Lou Proto of The Proto Group. Upon graduation, Nick joined FM Facility Maintenance (FM). At that time, FM was servicing over 50,000 retail, restaurant, and convenience store locations across North America. Nick was a key player in the company’s growth strategy.
Today, ONE SOURCE continues to support the local economy as a forward thinking and growth oriented leader in outsourced facility and property management services. ONE SOURCE has enjoyed success for over 10 years, which can be attributed to Nick’s focus on honesty, transparency, and vision for the future.
Currently, Nick serves his community as a Board Member of the following Organizations:
- Junior Achievement of Southwest New England, New Haven Advisory Board
- Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce
- Wallingford Center Inc.
Nick’s greatest accomplishment and biggest adventure are his children Ava, Marco, & Lucia.
