Alex is an MBA graduate of Quinnipiac University. She joined the company as an entry-level customer service representative and has grown and excelled through operational roles with increasing responsibility over her five years at ONE SOURCE. In 2022, Alex was promoted to Operations Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the entire service delivery process, including our back office and field services teams. Alex focuses on driving customer satisfaction through operational efficiency. Alex helps set the overall direction of the organization, overseeing the plans, processes, improvements, and data within ONE SOURCE.
